Job summary

• Oversee SPEC quality to ensure correct establishment of service parts.
• Develop and maintain requirements supporting SPEC and lifecycle processes.
• Own and improve service life policy criteria for end of life decisions.
• Lead parts rationalization and lifecycle strategy efforts for service parts.
• Manage cross-functional projects and coordinate stakeholders for implementations.
• Maintain dashboards and decision-support tools for lifecycle decisions.
• Establish performance measures and drive data-driven improvements.
• Provide technical leadership across cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop expertise as SME in serviceability and parts lifecycle.
