Job summary

CFMOTO USA is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to join the Parts, Garments & Accessories team. The role drives the development and execution of the PG&A product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional groups to define strategies and guide the lifecycle from concept to launch.

You will own service parts, RMA/warranty operations, and GTM planning, lead a high-performing team, and ensure data quality and KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 2-5 years’ previous experience in similar role within the Powersports, Automotive or retail-based industry.
• 3+ years of proven people leadership experience, with demonstrated success building high-performing teams, developing talent, and driving results.
• Proven track record of successfully bringing customer products to market.
• Hands‑on mechanical aptitude and knowledge of manufacturing / assembly processes.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and proficient with Word and Outlook.
• Negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
• Strong customer focus and service orientation with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, dealers/customers and suppliers at all levels in a cross‑culture environment.
• 7+ years’ previous experience in similar role.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and execution of PG&A product roadmap.
• Own PG&A Product Support team performance and metrics.
• Coordinate go-to-market strategies for PG&A items with product management.
• Own service parts function and warranty operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams across sales, finance, operations, product management, and marketing.
• Maintain quality of SKU data for reporting efficiency.
• Oversee PG&A RMA/Warranty reporting and quarterly reviews.
