Job summary

MacAllister Machinery seeks a driven sales professional to promote service programs, preventive maintenance contracts, parts, and repair programs within an assigned territory. You will develop business with customers and partner with service and parts teams to present technical details and quoted services.

The role emphasizes building relationships with Caterpillar and field representatives, renewing CVA opportunities, and creating custom quotes to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications or mechanical/electrical curriculum.
• 10+ years of experience with Caterpillar equipment, parts and/or service.

Responsibilities

• Develop business in the assigned territory and ensure customer satisfaction with MFC’s performance.
• Promote service capabilities and product offerings to current and potential customers.
• Partner with Service and Parts to provide technical details of services quoted.
• Create and develop service-oriented programs approved by Caterpillar and profitable for the company.
