The position is evaluation-to-hire, first shift, with weekly pay. Pay ranges from $24.00 to $26.00 per hour plus commission, plus benefits such as health/dental/vision insurance and more.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude demonstrated by work experience, hobbies, or technical interest.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, power transmission, or 12-volt electrical systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email for parts and service inquiries.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify correct replacement parts.
• Process sales orders, job tickets, status updates, and shipments.
• Package and ship parts, manage inventory, and handle out-of-stock buys.
• Read blueprints, BOMs, and manufacturing docs to support customers.

Position Overview

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $24.00-$26.00/hour + Commission (DOE)
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
