Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and generating reports.
• Experience in a parts, warehouse, retail, automotive, or distribution environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and supply parts solutions to customers by phone and in person.
• Process customer orders, quotes, returns, and transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers by providing timely support and resolving issues.
• Utilize parts catalogs, systems, and resources to identify and procure parts cost-effectively.
• Support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and warehouse activities.
• Identify opportunities to upsell related products and services.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation; keep counter and warehouse organized.
• Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures.

Responsible for assisting all Distribution Business customers, technicians, and other parts personnel in securing needed parts and supplies under moderate or direct supervision.

We are looking for a talented Service Parts Associate to join our Distribution business in (Farmington, NM).

100% Onsite

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Supportcustomersbyphoneandinpersonbyidentifying,sourcing,andsupplyingpartssolutions.
• Processcustomerorders,quotes,returns,andtransactionsaccuratelyandefficiently.
• Maintainpositiverelationshipswithinternalandexternalcustomersbyprovidingtimelysupportandresolvingissues.
• Utilizepartscatalogs,systems,andtechnicalresourcestoidentifyandprocurepartsinthemostcost-effectivemanner.
• Supportshipping,receiving,inventorymanagement,warehouseactivities,andstockcontrolprocesses.
• Identifyopportunitiestoupsellrelatedproductsandservicestomeetcustomerneeds.
• Maintainaccuraterecordsanddocumentationwhileensuringacleanandorganizedpartscounterandwarehouseenvironment.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need the following:

• Experienceprovidingcustomerserviceinaparts,warehouse,retail,automotive,ordistributionenvironment.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications, generating reports, and advanced level computer skills.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:
