We are looking for a talented onsite Service Parts Associate to join our team in Dedham, MA.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8AM – 4:30PM

Salary rate commensurate with experience. High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, generating reports, and advanced level computer skills.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Requires significant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
Requires 3-5 years work experience in automotive/trucking industry.
Requires the ability to operate or to be able to be certified to operate a forklift.
Answer phone calls, provide price quotes upon request in a timely manner and other information to customers.
Locate Stock and No- Stock parts from internal and outside sources for internal and external customers.
Strong interpersonal and time management skills and maintain accurate work processes.
Build strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Ability to read/interpret and identify parts catalogs and systems and safety and maintenance documents.
Adhere to the Cummins safety policies.
This is a Union position.
