Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years leading or supervising a coordinator/dispatch team preferred.
• Experience with work-order-to-invoice cycles in field service is valued.
• Strong communication with customers, field, and sales; ability to resolve complaints and maintain service levels.
• Proficiency with service ERP and dispatch software (Epicor P21, MSI ServicePro) desired.

Responsibilities

• Own the Houston service office intake, scheduling, and dispatch to ensure same-day acknowledgement.
• Lead technician scheduling, parts readiness, and backlog visibility for leadership.
• Oversee quoting and work-order-to-invoice process to ensure timely, accurate billing.
• Administer service contracts, warranty processes, and remote monitoring liaison.
• Maintain data accuracy for customers, assets, pricing, and reports.
