Relevant Solutions in Houston, TX seeks a Service Operations Supervisor - Rotating Equipment to lead the service office for our rotating equipment business. The role is customer‑facing, coordinates dispatch, scheduling, quotes, and invoicing, and acts as the bridge between field technicians, sales, and the customer to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination, dispatch, or service administration in industrial equipment.
• Ability to manage quotes, scheduling, and invoicing processes in a service office.
• Familiarity with Epicor P21, MSI ServicePro, and vendor portals.

Responsibilities

• Be the customer’s single point of contact and relationship owner in Houston.
• Own the daily technician schedule and ensure first‑time fix and on‑time responses.
• Oversee quoting, invoicing, and billing accuracy across the service office.
• Administer service contracts, warranties, and remote monitoring activities.
• Produce weekly/monthly metrics on responsiveness, utilization, and days‑to‑invoice.
