Job summary

ITT Inc. seeks an experienced Workshop Supervisor for its PRO Services shop in Stafford, TX. The role leads daily workshop operations, oversees task assignments, and ensures safe, high-quality repairs of pumps and rotating equipment.

You will work with engineers and technicians to optimize service delivery, train staff, and uphold safety standards while focusing on reducing equipment total cost of ownership for customers.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing rotating equipment.
• Extensive experience with rotating equipment, pump mechanics, and hydraulics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse client groups.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret pump drawings.
• Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and assign daily work tasks for workshop employees.
• Organize tools, materials, drawings, inspection sheets, and specifications.
• Inspect parts and assembled equipment for quality and conformity.
• Coordinate with engineers and shop coordinator on defect reports and approvals.
• Enforce safe work practices and corporate policies.
• Provide training and guidance on assembly, disassembly, and machining procedures.
