Job summary

Haug Implement Co. in Willmar, MN seeks a skilled Shop Supervisor to manage technicians and oversee service orders from intake to completion. You will quote repairs, assign tasks, and ensure accurate documentation of diagnostics, parts used, and time worked.

The role requires experience in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred), and a commitment to safety and quality in a dealership environment.

Qualifications

• One or more years’ experience or technical college degree or certification preferred.
• Experience managing technicians in a shop setting.
• Experience with repair, service, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers, quote service work, and relay details to technicians.
• Assign, schedule, and track repairs and re-conditioning of equipment.
• Assist technicians and provide diagnostic guidance and parts lookup.
• Maintain shop cleanliness, tools, and vehicle logs; cover for Service Manager as needed.
