Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a service-based industry (e.g., pest control, lawn care, or similar)
• Experience leading both field technicians and customer-facing teams
• Strong training and development capabilities for staff
• Ability to optimize scheduling and routing to improve efficiency
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and solving issues

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the entire service operation
• Oversee fleet management, service team sales, and customer satisfaction
• Schedule client services and route service technicians
• Train and develop technicians and conduct regular meetings
• Monitor scheduling to drive efficiencies and productivity
• Interact with commercial and residential clients to meet expectations
