Job summary

Titan Machinery, Inc. in Omaha, NE, is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to support the Service Management team in upholding dealership standards and guiding the service department.

You will engage with customers, coordinate repairs, ensure accurate documentation, and help align service activities with safety and environmental regulations. This role suits someone with hands-on experience in heavy equipment and a commitment to quality.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ related experience and/or related military experience, or related education/training (degree, certificate, etc.).
• Ability to effectively lead and manage people.
• Ability to work flexible hours as business and/or customer needs require.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide repair information, resolve complaints, and ensure follow-up to guarantee satisfaction, all while upholding safety and environmental standards
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate service records and documentation, schedule safe equipment delivery and pickup, and manage the upkeep of service department supplies and tools
• Uphold environmental, health, and safety regulations, and ensure all vehicles meet legal requirements
