Job summary

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Service Manager to oversee all Service Center operations, including revenue, sales, profit, HR activities, training, and compliance. The role emphasizes delivering uncompromised service to customers and Team Members, aligned with our Vision, Mission and Core Values.

The selected candidate will manage technicians, coaching, scheduling, and field support, while driving monthly performance goals and maintaining strong cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in service or field teams.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage schedules, vehicles, and paperwork.
• Experience with pest control software like Paycom, PestPac, Applicant Pro.
• Must have valid driver's license and meet driving standards.
• HS diploma; college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service center operations and drive revenue, sales, and profit.
• Coach and support technicians, ensuring safe, compliant work.
• Coordinate scheduling, vehicle/gear, and paperwork accuracy.
• Maintain strong customer and team relationships through communication.
• Partner with Branch Manager to achieve monthly targets.
• Ensure adherence to policies, licensing, and safety standards.
