Job summary

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Service Manager to oversee all Service Center operations, including revenue, sales, profit, HR activities, training, and compliance. A company vehicle is provided along with a robust benefits package to support you and your family.

You will lead technicians, coordinate scheduling and tickets, and work closely with the Branch Manager to hit monthly performance goals while upholding our core values.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership abilities and effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to operate internal applications and software including Paycom, PestPac and Applicant Pro.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service center operations and ensure excellent service to customers and Team Members.
• Manage scheduling, tickets, vehicles, uniforms, equipment and paperwork for technicians.
• Coach, train, and support team; provide field coverage as needed to achieve monthly goals.
