Job summary

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Service Manager to oversee all Service Center operations, including revenue, sales, profit, HR, training, and compliance. The role ensures uncompromised service to customers and team members, with a company vehicle and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will coach technicians, manage scheduling and tickets, and work with the Branch Manager to meet monthly goals. This hands-on leadership position requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Industry experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Conflict resolution.
• Able to operate internal applications and software (Paycom, PestPac, Applicant Pro, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, other portals).
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Pass licensing/certification exams as required.
• Able to work 40-hour week; after hours availability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Service Center operations including revenue, sales, profit, HR activities, training and compliance.
• Ensure uncompromised service to customers and Team Members.
• Coach and support technicians; spend time in the field when needed.
• Verify vehicles, uniforms, product, equipment, and paperwork are in order.
• Support Branch Manager in achieving monthly performance goals.
