Job summary

Arrow Exterminators in Woodstock, GA is seeking a full-time Service Manager to oversee all Service Center operations including revenue, sales, profit, HR, training and compliance. You will coach technicians, manage scheduling and field activities, and support the Branch Manager in hitting monthly targets while upholding exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Industry experience preferred and demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication across teams.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Experience operating internal software such as Paycom, PestPac, Applicant Pro, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven track record in achieving sales results and meeting targets.
• Must have a valid driver's license and meet driving standards.
• Must pass required licensing/certification exams and be available for after-hours work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of Service Center operations including revenue, sales, profit, HR activities, training and compliance.
• Ensure technicians are scheduled efficiently; verify vehicles, uniforms, product, equipment and paperwork.
• Provide coaching, training and field support; spend time in the field with the team when needed.
• Assist Branch Manager in achieving monthly performance goals and maintaining service quality.
