Job summary

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Service Manager to oversee all Service Center operations, including revenue, sales, profit, HR activities, training, and compliance. You will lead a team to deliver uncompromised service to customers and employees, with a company vehicle and robust benefits.

You will manage technicians, scheduling, tickets, and daily field support while coaching staff to meet monthly performance goals in a fast-paced, family-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Industry experience (preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Conflict resolution.
• Proficient with Paycom, PestPac, Applicant Pro, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Proven ability to multitask.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to pass any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams.
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week,
• Accessible after hours (including weekends/holidays)
• Possess current Driver's License
• Meets company driving standards
• High school degree or equivalency, college preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee technicians' scheduling and service tickets.
• Verify vehicles, uniforms, products, equipment and paperwork.
• Coach and train team; provide support in the field.
• Assist Branch Manager in achieving monthly performance goals.
• Ensure uncompromised service to customers and Team Members.
