Job summary

Arrow Exterminators in Texas (Decatur) is hiring a full-time Service Manager to oversee all aspects of the Service Center, including revenue, sales, profit, HR, training, and compliance.

You will lead a team of technicians, manage schedules, and ensure excellent service to customers while aligning with our Vision, Mission and Core Values. A background in pest control or field management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of leadership experience and ability to manage teams.
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Conflict resolution and organizational abilities.
• Ability to operate internal software systems listed (Paycom, PestPac, Applicant Pro, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must possess a current Driver's License and meet driving standards.
• High school degree or equivalent; college preferred.
