Job summary

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Service Manager to oversee all aspects of Service Center operations including the management of revenue, sales, profit, human resource activities, training, and compliance. Ensure uncompromised service to customers and Team Members with a commitment to our Vision, Mission and Core Values.

As a Service Manager, you will lead technicians, manage scheduling and service tickets, and provide coaching and support.

• Ability to pass licensing/certification exams as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Service Center operations, including scheduling and service tickets.
• Coach and support technicians; ensure proper equipment, supplies, and paperwork.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to achieve monthly performance goals.
• Utilize internal applications for operations and reporting.
