Job summary

Pinnacle Trailer Sales, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager to lead the daily operations of the service department, coordinate trailer check-ins, and ensure clear communication with customers and other departments for efficiency and profitability.

You will supervise staff, manage resources, and ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of supervisory or management experience in a service department (trailer or trucking industry preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; CDL preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with OSHA and safety compliance requirements.
• Experience with estimates, billing, warranty claims, and recall procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service operations and supervise staff to maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate trailer check-ins, inspections, and work orders.
• Oversee workflow, safety, and adherence to company policies.
• Collaborate with Parts and Sales to support cross-department work.
