Pinnacle Trailer Sales, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager to lead daily service department operations, coordinate trailer check-ins, and ensure seamless cross‑department communication for efficiency and profitability.

The role oversees staff, resources, and compliance with safety policies while delivering exceptional customer service. On-site position with growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a service department, preferably in trailer or trucking.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA and safety compliance requirements.
• Experience with estimates, billing, warranty claims and recalls is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Dispatch, schedule, and coordinate service work to maximize manpower, equipment, and shop efficiency.
• Oversee trailer workflow and ensure timely, safe completion of work.
• Lead service activities in compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Check in incoming trailers and log stock details by email.
• Inspect trailers for needed repairs and communicate findings.
• Maintain trailer inventory and organize the lot.
• Ensure service area and tools meet OSHA and company requirements.
• Create and manage work orders for service customers and stock trailers.
• Quote repairs and estimate costs for customers and insurances.
• Communicate status to customers and follow up after service.
• Invoice work, close POs, and follow up on balances.
• Maintain billing, warranty claims, and recall documentation.
• Collaborate with Parts and Sales to coordinate work and parts orders.
• Occasionally assume Parts Manager responsibilities.
