Cardinale Automotive Group seeks a seasoned leader to head the dealership's Service Operations, driving profitability and customer satisfaction. You will supervise service personnel, oversee training, and collaborate with advisors, technicians, and management to deliver outstanding service experiences.

You will forecast financials, maintain CSI scores, and lead initiatives to improve efficiency and guest loyalty in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years automotive service/parts experience.
• Ability to be analytical, problem solve and multi-task.
• Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Consistent and stable work history.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Organized and friendly personality.
• Demonstrated ability to manage others.
• Able to work with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all Service personnel, marketing and profitability of dealership Service Operations.
• Train all advisors, technicians and valets on dealership procedures.
• Manage technician and Service Employee productivity.
• Observe, encourage and inspire all Service Employees to secure customer loyalty.
• Forecast sales, gross profits and expenses.
• Maintain an at or above national average CSI score and follow up with all guest issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute effective customer relations policies.
• Hold weekly departmental meetings and set sales and service goals.
• Interact with outside vendors and other dealership management.
• Other duties may be assigned.
