Job summary

Cardinale Automotive Group is seeking a Fixed Ops Director in San Bruno, CA to lead all Service operations, drive profitability, and sustain top-tier customer satisfaction.

You will train advisors and technicians, manage productivity, forecast sales and expenses, and maintain CSI above national averages while collaborating with vendors and dealership management to deliver exceptional service experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years automotive service/parts experience.
• Ability to be analytical, problem solve and multi-task.
• Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Consistent and stable work history.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Organized and friendly personality.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all Service personnel, marketing and profitability of dealership Service Operations.
• Train all advisors, technicians and valets on dealership procedures.
• Manage technician and Service Employee productivity.
• Observe, encourage and inspire all Service Employees to secure customer loyalty.
• Forecast sales, gross profits and expenses.
• Maintain an at or above national average CSI score and follow up with all guest issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute effective customer relations policies.
• Hold weekly departmental meetings and set sales and service goals.
• Interact with outside vendors and other dealership management.
