Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop enriching relationships with customers to fuel sales.
• Establish trust and build a strong client network.
• Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals.
• Lead regular sales training for ongoing team growth.
• Set clear vision and goals for sales performance.
• Motivate the team to meet key targets and follow standard processes.
• Drive business through day-to-day operations involvement.
• Lead negotiations to explain vehicle options and pricing.
• Plan and run vehicle inventory with General Manager.
• Assist in controlling expenses for New and Used Vehicle Departments.
• Analyze metrics to address shortfalls and elevate performance.
