Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2 years’ experience in management roles in the service/provider industry.
• Technical aptitude for mechanical/electrical systems and problem solving.
• Experience leading meetings and conducting annual performance reviews.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with deadlines and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee commercial operations and personnel to operate safely and profitably.
• Improve operational processes to maximize profit and customer satisfaction.
• Schedule and supervise execution of sold jobs to meet budgeted sales and gross profit.
• Coordinate budgets and monthly sales goals with leadership.
• Deliver profit and return on sales in line with annual budget/forecast.
• Hire, train, and develop employees with coaching and reviews.
• Lead meetings, set performance expectations, and hold staff accountable.
• Communicate with customers to solicit feedback and identify new sales opportunities.
