Job summary

Cox Fleet is seeking a Shop Supervisor to join our Wisconsin Bus Sales location and lead the service team. You will manage daily operations, drive safety, and ensure adherence to company policies while pursuing revenue and profit goals.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED with 5 years in a related field; strong coaching and leadership abilities; knowledge of mobile maintenance practices; and the ability to develop opportunities with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 5 years in a related field.
• Combination with a related bachelor’s degree and 3 years experience acceptable.
• Advanced degrees may reduce required experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual Service department budget.
• Meet weekly, monthly, and yearly KPI targets.
• Oversee daily Service operations and enforce policies.
• Support bus sales and parts via customer satisfaction.
• Monitor warranty issues and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Lead weekly staff meetings and monthly safety sessions.
• Identify revenue opportunities in the market area.
