Job summary

Cox Fleet is seeking a Shop Supervisor at our Wisconsin Bus Sales location to oversee the Service department and drive performance. You will manage daily operations, coach technicians, and partner with bus sales and parts to maximize customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have substantial supervisory experience in mobile maintenance, a strong safety focus, and the ability to develop staff while meeting budgeted KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ related field experience or equivalent combos (per posting).
• Ability to coach and supervise mobile technicians.
• Strong safety and regulatory compliance mindset.
• Proven leadership and team development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Service operations and budget attainment.
• Manage and develop Service department staff and schedules.
• Collaborate with bus sales and parts to ensure customer satisfaction.
