Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; related degree considered.
• Experience in supervision of service or maintenance operations.
• Knowledge of mobile maintenance environments and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual service department budget and KPIs.
• Manage daily service operations and ensure procedures are followed.
• Support bus sales and parts through customer satisfaction.
• Monitor warranty issues and maintain a safe, clean facility.
• Plan and conduct regular staff meetings and safety sessions.
• Develop revenue and profit opportunities in the market area.
• Direct and maintain service department margins and volumes.
