Qualifications

• Minimum five years in automotive, bus, or heavy-truck dealership customer service.
• Minimum five years in department personnel management.
• Knowledge of on-highway vehicle products and warranties.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the service team.
• Promote clear communication with customers and internal teams.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvement opportunities.
• Achieve monthly targets for customer satisfaction, production, revenue, and gross profit.
• Ensure SOPs and service processes are consistently applied.
• Oversee locations and supervise service personnel.
