Responsibilities

• Service Operations: manage daily service department operations, dispatching, scheduling, and work orders.
• Customer Support: build and maintain strong customer relationships with timely service and clear communication.
• Performance Management: monitor technician performance, KPIs, and implement process improvements.
• Safety & Compliance: enforce OSHA safety policies and company standards.
• Financial Oversight: manage department budgets, control costs, and assist revenue growth.
• Equipment & Parts Coordination: ensure availability of parts for repairs and maintenance.
• Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities to reduce downtime and improve service delivery.
