Job summary

Wiese USA is seeking a Service Manager to lead a skilled team of technicians and drive outstanding service for customers. You’ll oversee daily operations, dispatching, scheduling, and work orders while building lasting customer partnerships and ensuring safety compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in service operations leadership, strong forklift or equipment knowledge, and proven coaching and management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in service operations, in a leadership position.
• Strong technical knowledge of forklifts or similar equipment preferred.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with service management software and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise service technicians and support staff.
• Manage daily service department operations, including dispatching and work order management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers with timely service and clear communication.
• Monitor technician performance, track KPIs, and implement process improvements.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure OSHA/compliance standards are met.
• Oversee department budgets, control costs, and help drive service revenue growth.
• Coordinate with parts and operations teams to ensure availability of components.
• Identify opportunities to reduce downtime and improve service delivery.
