• Ability to analyze internal reports.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Develop and enforce Service Department processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Set annual goals and budget for the department aligned with company objectives.
• Develop and execute the Service Department marketing plan and monitor results.
• Coordinate customer clinics, field days, and promotional events.
• Submit warranty and Product Improvement Program claims promptly.
• Schedule and assign work to department staff by skill and workload.
• Review work orders for accuracy before billing.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good condition.
• Manage recruiting, staffing and staff development for the department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
