Job summary

Tim Dahle Automotive Group seeks an Assistant Service Manager to work with service leadership, taking primary responsibility for CSI performance, coaching, and shop flow. You will drive maintenance sales through training, track performance, and hold the team accountable while ensuring quality service.

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership service experience required.
• Strong Service Advisor or service management experience.
• Effective communication with customers and employees.
• Leadership mentality with the ability to coach and hold others accountable.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CSI performance and coach the team.
• Drive maintenance sales through training and accountability.
• Increase customer engagement with inspection videos.
• Onboard, train, and develop Service Advisors.
• Manage appointment capacity and shop flow daily.
• Support day-to-day service department operations.
• Coach advisors on performance and retention.
• Maintain communication between Service, Parts, and technicians.
• Uphold Mazda standards and dealership processes.
• Identify problems, develop solutions, and execute.
• Step in wherever leadership is needed.
