Job summary

Lumos Fiber seeks a Supervisor — Service Operations to lead onsite installation and troubleshooting teams, ensuring a professional customer experience and SLA adherence. You will support employees and contractors, and coordinate after-hours responses under the Manager — Service Operations.

You’ll oversee field activities, manage reporting, and collaborate with leadership to improve service delivery across multiple states, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in Service Operations or related telecommunications roles.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises teams to meet service and quality objectives and SLAs.
• Directs managers and supervisors in QA, safety, productivity, and budget adherence.
• Oversees field visits and coordination of installation/repair activities.
• Manages timesheets, contractor invoicing, and departmental scheduling.
