Job summary

Lumos is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor – Fiber Network to lead field teams in delivering on our 100% fiber service commitments, overseeing installation and repair projects, and driving service quality. This is a remote role with on-site responsibilities in Louisville, KY; candidates must reside within an hour of Louisville and have access to a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Service Operations in telecommunications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and project management.
• Ability to travel to worksites or service locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervises teams to meet service and quality objectives and reports on metrics.
• Leads major projects and initiatives.
• Directs managers on QA, safety, productivity, training, and budgets.
• Conducts field visits to assess customer experience and coordinate installs/repairs.
• Manages timesheets, contractor invoicing, and budget accounting.
• Ensures compliance with safety standards and codes.
• Oversees daily operations and budgeting adherence.
• Sets performance goals and evaluates staff.
