Qualifications

• 6+ years’ Service Operations experience in telecommunications.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises teams to meet service and quality objectives, budgets, SLAs, and reports on service metrics.
• Leads employees and contractors during onsite installations and troubleshooting, ensuring professional customer experiences.
• Provides direction on quality assurance, safety, productivity monitoring, training, and budget adherence.
• Performs site visits to assess customer experience and coordinate installation/repair activities.
• Manages timesheets, contractor invoicing, and expense categorization; schedules installations and repairs.
• Ensures compliance with safety standards, codes, and industry guidelines across multi-state operations.
• Partners with leadership to plan, execute, and optimize department workflows and cross-functional projects.
