Job summary

Titan Machinery in Mandan, ND is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to support the Service Management team in upholding dealership standards and leading service operations.

You will greet customers, provide repair information, document service records, and ensure safety and environmental compliance while coordinating with other departments. The role requires strong customer service, leadership, and attention to detail to help the dealership meet industry standards with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ related experience and/or related military experience, or related education/training.
• Ability to effectively lead and manage people.
• Ability to work flexible hours as business and/or customer needs require.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide repair information, resolve complaints, and ensure follow-up to guarantee satisfaction, all while upholding safety and environmental standards.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate service records and documentation, schedule safe equipment delivery and pickup, and manage the upkeep of service department supplies and tools.
• Uphold environmental, health, and safety regulations, and ensure all vehicles meet legal requirements.
