Job summary

Black & Decker (U.S.) Inc. seeks a Service Operations Manager to lead an onsite team in Hawaii. The role focuses on developing strategic business plans, leveraging marketing programs, and driving local brand growth through distributors and end users.

You will manage a team of customer service and repair professionals to achieve service center sales and profitability targets. You will implement PSD processes for inventory, facilities, equipment, and expenditures, while promoting company programs

Qualifications

Leadership and team management experience.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience with SAP is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic business plans leveraging marketing programs and field resources.
Lead a team of customer service and repair professionals.
Achieve sales and profitability targets for the service center.
Maintain PSD processes for inventories, facilities, and budgets.
Promote PSD and Stanley Black & Decker programs to customers and distributors.
Build relationships with distributors and end-users to grow business.
Deliver outstanding customer service to all customers.
Travel approximately 10-20% locally.
