Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage documents with quality reviews for accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, including time-stamping.
• Perform basic money movement functions such as check deposits and approvals.
• Assist with processing of trade adjustments and respond to operational alerts.
• Execute actionable items to meet service level expectations in a timely manner.
• Support audit preparedness and regulatory compliance.
• Remedy and/or escalate service breaks to management.
• Assist with special projects such as recruit onboarding support.
• Identify firm services and secure digital offerings for clients.
