Job summary

Corey Construction- Residential & Commercial Roofing is seeking a Commercial Service Coordinator to act as the central point of communication for the Commercial Service Division. You will support the General Manager, Superintendent, field technicians, customers, and vendors by coordinating service operations, scheduling, CRM administration, and ensuring timely communication throughout the service process.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily service scheduling and dispatch of field technicians.
Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial service customers and provide updates.
Enter and maintain service tickets in the CRM and ensure accurate documentation.
Monitor service backlog and support scheduling goals across teams.
Coordinate purchasing, vendor orders, and material tracking for projects.
Prepare and submit required project documentation and reports.
Assist management with administrative projects and operational reporting.
Arrange travel for employees and manage logistics as needed.
