Mast Roofing & Construction in Oley, PA is seeking a full-time Service Operations Coordinator to keep our phones, appointment schedules, dispatch activities, and service administration running accurately and efficiently. This role combines client care with behind-the-scenes coordination to turn inquiries into profitable work.

You will answer a high volume of calls, schedule repairs, coordinate with sales and production, and maintain CRM records.

Qualificações

• Experience coordinating service operations, dispatch, and appointment scheduling.
• Strong phone skills and ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism.
• Accurate data entry into CRM during live conversations and meetings.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly with clients and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and accuracy.
• Maintain and update CRM with client information and service details during live conversations.
• Schedule repair and replacement appointments and service calls.
• Coordinate with Sales and Production to adjust schedules as priorities change.
• Prepare production folders, process payments, and track appointment outcomes.
• Route job pouches for commissions and assist with invoicing and contracts.
