VIP Systems in Miramar, FL seeks a Service Department Coordinator to oversee daily operations of electrical and low-voltage service. You will coordinate service requests, schedule technicians, manage materials, and ensure accurate documentation, working with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in service coordination, strong organization, and excellent communication skills.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in service coordination, dispatching, construction administration, customer service operations, or a similar role.
• Experience with electrical, low-voltage, security, access control, CCTV, AV, or commercial construction companies is highly preferred.
• Strong scheduling and prioritization abilities; detail-oriented documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and process service requests via phone, email, and portals.
• Create, prioritize, and manage service tickets from initiation through completion.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians based on location, availability, expertise, and priority.
• Coordinate technician arrivals with customers, property managers, and facility personnel.
• Monitor daily schedules and adjust assignments as priorities change.
• Respond quickly to emergency and high-priority service requests.
• Prepare service proposals, quotations, and work orders.
• Coordinate purchasing and delivery of materials for service calls.
• Assist with warranty claims and manufacturer support requests.
