Job summary

VIP Systems is a premier South Florida low-voltage systems integrator delivering structured cabling, security, access control, and building technologies for luxury high-rise developments. We seek a Service Operations Manager to lead the service department, drive customer satisfaction, and coordinate maintenance, warranties, and field operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in service management, field operations, or project management within low-voltage.
• Strong knowledge of access control, cabling, and security technologies; blueprints and construction docs.
• Experience managing project planning, scheduling, resources, and field service coordination; CRM familiarity with service processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all service department activities including maintenance contracts and warranty support.
• Coordinate technician schedules, dispatch field teams for repairs, and prioritize requests.
• Maintain client relationships with property managers and ownership representatives.
• Provide remote technical leadership and guidance to field technicians.
• Oversee ticket management, reporting, invoicing, and service contract administration.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and development of service personnel.
