Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; plus at least five years in service industry operations or scheduling.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work independently with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Must communicate effectively with internal and external clients.
• Ability to manage a large and diverse number of projects, tasks, and issues with tact and persistence.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet-based business applications.

Responsibilities

• Parts Ordering/PO Creation Support; update Special Handling field with order date.
• Assist with creation of L&M quotations; create and track RMAs and shipments.
• Update on-call list and track inventory counts (yearly, monthly, quarterly).
• Create new vendor and subcontract paperwork; track reports (Vibration, Oil, Refrigerant).
• Maintain customer bill to account information and reconcile updates.
• Support overflow duties of Customer Resource Coordinator as needed.
