Altorfer Industries seeks a Central Transportation Dispatcher to efficiently deliver and pick up equipment, coordinating with drivers and stakeholders to meet customer needs. This role involves scheduling, budgeting input, and ensuring timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of how to organize common equipment loads.
• MS Word and Excel a plus. Basic computing key to role success using software for dispatch.
• Ability to interpret and apply permits and regulations for deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Schedule outside hauling for deliveries/pickups that cannot be made with Altorfer owned vehicles.
• Maximize routes for drivers and schedule 8-12 drivers daily.
• Communicate with customers, sales team and rental coordinators daily.
• Prepare timely paperwork, reporting and invoicing.
