Job summary
Quest International is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to support OEM and strategic customer repair activity at our Irvine Service Repair Center. This role focuses on customer communication, repair and order documentation, shipping, portal updates, follow-up, and administrative accuracy.
Responsibilities include following up on quotes, orders, shipments; preparing packing lists and shipping labels; updating portals and ERP/CRM; and ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced, onsite
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service, repair depot, shipping/order support, logistics or OEM support experience.
- Experience with repair/service orders, return authorizations, shipping documents or order processing.
- FedEx or similar shipping-system experience.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, customer portals, ticketing, or order-management systems.
Responsibilities
- Support OEM and strategic customer repair and service orders.
- Follow up on repair quotes, customer inquiries, orders, and shipments.
- Prepare packing lists, shipping labels, air bills, tracking information, and service documentation.
- Update customer portals, ERP/CRM systems, databases, and repair records.
- Follow Quest International ISO procedures and documentation standards.
