Job summary

ZwickRoell, LP seeks a Service Operations Coordinator in Kennesaw, GA to manage quotes, orders, and billing while coordinating between customers and field service engineers.

You will ensure data integrity, track service activities, and support the department in meeting targets for quotations, orders, and revenue. This role may involve occasional after-hours work and international/domestic shipping coordination.

Qualifications

• An associate’s degree preferred or 1-3 years of work experience.
• Must have a basic knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Pulse or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Create quotes for labor, spare parts, training, and service contracts.
• Coordinate shipments domestically and internationally, track orders and invoicing.
• Support service billing and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with scheduling trainings and coordination with field engineers.
• Maintain accurate customer data and generate Service Activities (SA).
