Tecta America Commercial Roofing is seeking a Service Coordinator to support the Service Manager and the service team in Indiana. The role ensures safety, timeliness of projects, and budget profitability while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will assist sales and project teams, handle service documentation, schedules, and invoicing, and help grow service opportunities. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in production/service roles, 2+ years in construction management, and strong

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in production/service roles.
• Two years of experience in construction management is required.
• Strong problem solving and customer management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word; familiarity with Navision is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Manager and crews with leads, scheduling, and service promotions.
• Collect and submit service documentation for roofing customers via portals or email.
• Enter service orders into FCS and TFM; process invoices from FCS into Navision.
• Track service ticket status and communicate dispatch times to customers.
• Support invoicing and collections for service work when needed.
• Promote TMR Roof Inspection/Maintenance programs and support field teams.
