Job summary

Tecta America Corp. in Saltsburg, PA is seeking a Service Coordinator to support the Service Manager and field teams. You will help manage service tickets, schedule dispatches, and ensure timely communication with customers.

Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, construction/service experience, and proficiency with MS Office. The role offers growth opportunities within a growing roofing company and requires a detail-oriented, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Five years in production/service role and two years in construction management.
• Strong problem solving and customer management abilities.
• Attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and Word; familiarity with Outlook.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work with Service Manager, service crews and sales staff to develop leads and promote services.
• Manage service documentation collection and submission for multiple customers via portals or email.
• Enter service orders into FCS and TFM; enter invoices from FCS into Navision.
• Monitor service ticket status and keep customers informed of dispatch times and status.
• Provide timely customer service and assist with daily service scheduling and dispatch.
• Assist with invoicing, collections of past due accounts, and support for warranty matters.
