The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing or similar services and be adept at planning and execution. This position offers a competitive salary structure, including performance bonuses, and is exempt from overtime.

The role involves strategic oversight of the service team and engaging directly with customers to ensure high-quality service delivery while managing financial performance and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Commercial roofing or comparable experience.
• Strong understanding of service execution and field operations.
• Proven ability to plan work and manage WIP.
• Comfort in high-volume, fast-response environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen the service department operating system.
• Own the service backlog and manage work-in-progress.
• Establish service scope standards and align with field crews.
• Ensure proper planning and support for service crews.
• Manage customer experience and communication from proposal to closeout.
• Own service margin performance and ensure timely billing.

Skills

Commercial roofing or comparable construction/service leadership experience

Strong understanding of service execution

Planning work and managing WIP

Ability to make prioritization decisions

Calm in high-volume environments
